Timeline
Refunds will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the Shooting Star Tournament
Credits will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the Shooting Star Tournament and will be valid for 1 year or 12 months from the last scheduled day of Shooting Star Tournament.
Pandemic Cancelation Policy
Should the Shooting Star event be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, all individuals will be refunded the tournament fee MINUS a $35.00 processing/administrative charge.
Expenses
Shooting Star or its staff will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any individual, team, club or organization if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.
Individual Withdraws
Any withdraws or cancelations on the Individuals behalf prior to Shooting Star tournament will continue to follow the established Refund Policy (see below).
Rescheduled Events
Should Shooting Star reschedule an event the Refund Policy (see below) will be adhered to.
Individual Player Refund Policy
All individual player fees are paid in full at time of booking registration.
If you cancel more than 21 days before the tournament date, a fee of $35.00 (processing fee) will be charged for each participant and the remaining balance will be refunded to the registrant’s card that was utilized at the time of payment.
If you cancel less than 21 days before the tournament date, no refund will be provided.
If you are placed on a team and you cancel after the placement, no refund will be provided.
If the athlete does not have a placement available, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid minus the credit card processing fee.
If you don’t have a club team attending, but still want the exposure and opportunity to play, this is for you!
House Team – Players will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis to the 2 House Teams (one U16 and one u19) and then will be placed as Guest Player with club teams. All U14 Guests will be placed with club teams requesting.
Club Teams will put in request for a guest player. Once requested, the individual will be placed with club team as a guest player for the tournament. All opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are only charged the player fee if you are placed!

As a benefit of attending our events, ALL college coaches (DI, DII, DIII) will have free access to video footage of game play. Additionally college coaches will be recruiting in person.

Timeline
Refunds will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the “powered by PSE” Tournament
Credits will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the “powered by PSE” Tournament and will be valid for 1 year or 12 months from the last scheduled day of “powered by PSE” Tournament.
“powered by PSE” Tournaments: 30% non- refundable/non- transferable deposit is required. This 30% is based on fees per event, listed on website.
All balances DUE for “powered by PSE” events will be processed on specific dates for each event.
Pandemic Cancelation Policy
Should the “powered by PSE” event be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, all teams will be credited the full amount paid for the tournament fee MINUS a $100.00 processing/administrative charge. These credits will be applied in the corresponding League Apps account to be eligible for any future “powered by PSE” events.
“powered by PSE” or its’ staff will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any individual, team, club or organization if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.
Rescheduled Events
Should “powered by PSE” need to reschedule an event the Refund Policy below will be adhered to relative to the NEW date being offered.
Refund Policy- WHEN THE CLUB CHOOSES TO WITHDRAW
Any withdrawals or cancelations on the Clubs behalf prior to “powered by PSE” tournament will continue to follow the established Refund Policy stated.
All requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing to info@performancesportevents.com
Upon registering, Clubs have held their spot with 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON- TRANSFERABLE. This deposit is non-refundable for ANY reason, including any “Act of God.” The only exception is the stated Pandemic Cancelation Policy above.
Fees paid, EXCLUDING the 30% NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received PRIOR to the date established for team balances to be processed for the tournament.
No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made AFTER 21 days with regards to the first date of the event. This also holds true even when the “powered by PSE” staff have a waitlist of teams for that event.
Once the tournament fee is paid in full and the date of balances processed has passed, all funds paid are non-refundable. This policy includes injury, illness, family commitments, late arrivals or early departures & expulsion from the tournament.
