Elite Field Hockey strives to continually improve the opportunity for growth in the sport, and the camp experience while maintaining the excellent level of field hockey that every Elite Field Hockey camper has grown to expect!
We are committed to providing the finest caliber of field hockey instruction. The atmosphere of the camp allows all participants the opportunity to learn and advance to a higher skill level of play and facilitates team preparation for the upcoming season. All sessions take place at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.
All Elite Field Hockey camps support both USAFH and NFHCA Sponsoring Camp programs!

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
All players must register individually to secure their spot at camp. Spots are limited and sessions will fill. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis.
Overnight (rising high school only) – All athletes entering 9th grade to entering 12th grade (YOG 2025 – 2028) can attend overnight Elite FH Camp. Both teams and individual athletes are eligible to attend. Includes 9 on field sessions, meals, as well as stay in the dorms.
Day Camp (rising high school) – All athletes entering 9th grade to entering 12th grade (YOG 2025 – 2028) can attend Elite FH Camp. Includes 9 on field sessions, as well as lunch and dinner. Players must be dropped off before their first session and picked up after their last session daily by a parent or guardian.
Day Camp (middle school) – All athletes entering 6th grade to entering 8th grade can attend Elite FH Camp. Includes 6 on field sessions, as well as lunch. Players must be dropped off before their first session and picked up after their last session daily by a parent or guardian.
Each OVERNIGHT participant can request ONE roommate for the dorms.
Elite Field Hockey Staff will make every effort to meet the request, however this request is NOT guaranteed.

COACHING STAFF: The Elite Field Hockey Camp Staff consists of some of the most successful high school and college coaches in the country. The assistant coaching staff consists of current Division I, II & III field hockey players.
Both CORI and SORI background checks are conducted on all Elite Camp staff. Coaches also complete SafeSport and Concussion educational programs.

Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit, you will receive an email confirmation of your acceptance to camp. This email will include the mandatory Health Form that is due on the first day of camp at Check-in.
Approximately 3 weeks prior to camp, you will receive another email with the details about camp including check in times and what to bring. Please refer to the Player Information Package for general details about camp before the final information package.
It is required by the State of Massachusetts that all campers have a physical within the year prior to the start of camp and all immunizations are listed on the medical form with dates of immunizations. The Elite Field Hockey Camp must comply with the regulations of the MDPH and be licensed by the LBOH. All participants and guardians have the right to review the Background Check, Health Care, Discipline Policies, and grievance procedures upon request.

Timeline
Refunds will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the final EFH Camp session
Credits will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the final EFH Camp session and will be valid for 25 months (two years) from the last scheduled day of the final EFH Camp session
Cancelation for COVID- 19 Policy
Option 1:
Should the camp be cancelled due to federal mandates related to COVID- 19, participants can choose to receive a 100 % credit for fees paid towards the 2023 Elite Field Hockey Camp tuition.
Option 2:
Should the Camp be cancelled due to federal mandates related to COVID- 19, all participants will be refunded the Camp fees paid MINUS a $50.00 processing/administrative charge.
Individual Withdraws
Any withdraws or cancelations on the participants behalf prior to the camp will continue to follow the established Refund Policy (see below).
Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing to fieldhockey@threestep.com
Upon registering, individuals have held their spot with a $200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON- TRANSFERABLE for High School or a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON-TRASFERABLE for Middle School. This deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable for ANY reason, including any “Act of God.” The only exception is the stated Cancelation for COVID- 19 Policy (see above).
Fees paid, EXCLUDING the $200.00/$100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the start of the camp.
No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the start of the camp, unless you have purchased cancellation insurance*.
Once a participant checks in, all funds paid are non-refundable/non-transferable. This policy includes homesickness, injury, illness, family commitments, late arrivals or early departures, weather, & expulsion from camp.
Cancelation Insurance
If you purchased cancellation insurance upon registering, you must provide notice of cancellation no less than 2 days prior to the start of the showcase to receive tuition reimbursement EXCLUDING the $200.00/$100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.
Medical Withdrawal
Cancellation for a medical reason requires documentation from a physician on official office letterhead sent to fieldhockey@threestep.com.
Medical withdrawal will be accepted up to 2 days prior to the start of camp. A tuition reimbursement EXCLUDING the $200.00/$100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.
