The tuition fee covers the following:

• A program designed to showcase all athletes
• Numbered scrimmage vest
• Under Armour College Connection T-Shirt
• Gatorade product
• Daily nutrition, athlete development, and recruiting seminars
• VIDEO BUNDLE: All game films from the showcase that the player competes in and each athlete will also be run through a Skill Combine/type session that will be filmed and provided to the player. Both the game film and skill clips can then be utilized for the players own personal use with this video bundle. Provided to them via their NLV account/profile.

All athletes in the graduation classes of 2025 – 2029 who are interested in playing collegiate field hockey are eligible to register for College Connection. Space is limited due to maintaining an effective player:coach ratio and available on a first-come, first-served basis

College Connection Showcases are dedicated to providing the three pillars of a successful recruiting process: Education, Video and College Coach Exposure. We ensure this process with the following platform:

• Education on the recruiting process for both athletes and parents
• Provide exposure to every NCAA D1, D2 and D3 Collegiate Coach in the country: Athlete Profiles, Showcase Footage and Schedules sent to every NCAA D1, D2, and D3 College Head Coach and Assistant Coach.
• Additional video and highlight film packages can be provided by First Scout Video Productions for athletes’ and families interested.
• Allow “Virtual Recruiting” for College Coaches who are unable to make the Showcases.
• Every athlete receives ALL of their game video footage FREE digitally downloadable game via Connect Field Hockey
• A Skills Session directed by the coaching staff, and that film provided free to each athlete via Connect Field Hockey
• Top Performers will be selected from each Showcase, allowing athletes the opportunity to compete at The Under Armour Select Game
• Seminars about recruiting, nutrition and wellness, goal development, and current student athlete panels paint the picture for what it takes to compete at the NCAA level.

• A progressive, fun and positive learning environment both on and off the field
• Professional Recruiting Seminars for athletes and parents
• Small-sided competitive games for more touches
• Equal playing time for all athletes
• Athletes will be placed on teams based on their graduation class and position
• Game video will be available for recruiting and/or personal highlights free of charge
• Skill Combine/type session conducted for each athlete during the Showcase free of charge
• All College Coaches have free access to each athletes profile via Coach Packet

College Connection provides every participant with superior visibility to the collegiate coaching community through a variety of competition formats and video. EVERY NCAA college coach is invited to attend our locations both in-person and virtually. “Advance Lists” of athletes, rosters, teams, profiles and schedules are delivered electronically to college coaches through our partner NFHCARecruits. Additional recruiting materials are made available to college coaches on site at each location.

Overnight campers are housed in double occupancy on campus in dorms.  They are supervised by camp staff.

All campers’ tuition fee includes meals that are served in the on campus Dining Hall located at the University. The first meal is dinner on the opening day of camp, we highly recommend that all campers eat at least one meal prior to the first session.

Include the name of your preferred roommate (1 only) on the camp application. Although the College Connection Camp Directors do their best to put you with your preferred roommate, we cannot guarantee one particular roommate due to dorm space and multiple requests for one roommate. Roommate assignments will be communicated at registration.

If you are staying in the dorm, you are responsible for providing bed linens/towels/toiletries

• Equipment: sticks, shin guards, cleats and turf shoes or sneakers, mouth guards, sunblock
• GK Equipment: kickers, leg guards, helmet, throat protector, chest and pelvic protector, gloves, stick
• Overnight needs: sheets, blanket, pillow, toiletries, towel, personal items, alarm clock
• Practice clothes: t-shirts, shorts, socks, rain gear, sweatshirt, sweatpants, etc.
• Proof of medical physical done in the last year and record of appropriate vaccines

Packing List

Upon receipt of your registration form and deposit, you will receive an email confirmation of your acceptance to camp.

Approximately 3 weeks prior to camp, you will receive another email with the details about camp including check in times and what to bring.

It is required that all campers have a physical within the year prior to the start of camp and all immunizations are listed on the medical form with dates of immunizations. College Connection operates in compliance with the State Regulations and Licensing Policies regarding the operation of summer camps.

Refund Policy  

Performance Sport Events College Connection Showcases 2025 

Timeline 

Refunds will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the showcase. 

Credits will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the showcase and will be valid for 1 year (12 months) from the last scheduled day of the showcase. 

Pandemic Cancelation Policy 

Option 1: 

Should the showcase be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, participants can choose to receive a 100 % credit for fees paid towards the College Connection Showcase tuition. 

Option 2: 

Should the showcase be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, all participants will be refunded the showcase fees paid MINUS a $75.00 processing/administrative charge.  

Individual Withdraws 

Any withdrawals or cancelations on the participants’ behalf prior to the showcase will continue to follow the established Refund Policy (see below). 

Refund Policy 

All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing to info@performancesportevents.com  

Upon registering, individuals have held their spot with a $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON- TRANSFERABLE. This deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable for ANY reason, including any “Act of God.” The only exception is the stated Pandemic Cancelation Policy (see above). 

Fees paid, EXCLUDING the $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the start of the showcase. 

No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the start of the showcase, unless you have purchased cancellation insurance*. 

Once a participant checks in, all funds paid are non-refundable/non-transferable. This policy includes homesickness, injury, illness, family commitments, late arrivals or early departures & expulsion from the showcase. 

Cancelation Insurance 

If you purchased cancellation insurance upon registering, you must provide notice of cancellation no less than 2 days prior to the start of the showcase to receive tuition reimbursement EXCLUDING the $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT. 

Medical Withdrawal 

Cancellation for a medical reason requires documentation from a physician on official office letterhead sent to info@performancesportevents.com. 

Medical withdrawal will be accepted up to 2 days prior to the start of camp. A tuition reimbursement EXCLUDING the $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.
