Performance Sport Events Elite Field Hockey Camp 2025
Timeline
Refunds will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the final EFH Camp session
Credits will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the final EFH Camp session and will be valid for 1 year or 12 months from the last scheduled day of the final EFH Camp session.
Pandemic Cancelation Policy
Option 1:
Should the camp be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, participants can choose to receive a 100 % credit for fees paid towards the Elite Field Hockey Camp tuition.
Option 2:
Should the Camp be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, all participants will be refunded the Camp fees paid MINUS a $75.00 processing/administrative charge.
Individual Withdraws
Any withdrawals or cancelations on the participants’ behalf prior to the camp will continue to follow the established Refund Policy (see below).
Refund Policy
All requests for cancellation/refund must be made in writing to info@performancesportevents.com
Upon registering, individuals have held their spot with a $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON- TRANSFERABLE for High School or a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/NON-TRASFERABLE for Middle School. This deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable for ANY reason, including any “Act of God.” The only exception is the stated Pandemic Cancelation Policy (see above).
Fees paid, EXCLUDING the $250.00/$150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT, will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 21 days prior to the start of the camp.
No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the start of the camp, unless you have purchased cancellation insurance*.
Once a participant checks in, all funds paid are non-refundable/non-transferable. This policy includes homesickness, injury, illness, family commitments, late arrivals, or early departures & expulsion from camp.
Cancellation Insurance
If you purchased cancellation insurance upon registering, you must provide notice of cancellation no less than 2 days prior to the start of the showcase to receive tuition reimbursement EXCLUDING the $250.00/$150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.
Medical Withdrawal
Cancellation for a medical reason requires documentation from a physician on official office letterhead sent to info@performancesportevents.com
Medical withdrawal will be accepted up to 2 days prior to the start of camp. A tuition reimbursement EXCLUDING the $250.00/$150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT.
