Timeline
Refunds will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the Shooting Star Tournament
Credits will be issued 30 days after the last scheduled day of the Shooting Star Tournament and will be valid for 1 year or 12 months from the last scheduled day of Shooting Star Tournament.
Pandemic Cancelation Policy
Should the Shooting Star event be cancelled due to federal mandates related to a pandemic, all individuals will be refunded the tournament fee MINUS a $35.00 processing/administrative charge.
Expenses
Shooting Star or its staff will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any individual, team, club or organization if the tournament is canceled in whole or in part.
Individual Withdraws
Any withdraws or cancelations on the Individuals behalf prior to Shooting Star tournament will continue to follow the established Refund Policy (see below).
Rescheduled Events
Should Shooting Star reschedule an event the Refund Policy (see below) will be adhered to.
Individual Player Refund Policy
All individual player fees are paid in full at time of booking registration.
If you cancel more than 21 days before the tournament date, a fee of $35.00 (processing fee) will be charged for each participant and the remaining balance will be refunded to the registrant’s card that was utilized at the time of payment.
If you cancel less than 21 days before the tournament date, no refund will be provided.
